Levels of Engagement

We offer several levels of customer engagement services, ranging from casual, through full service. The depth of engagement can vary from simple acknowledgments, spam removal, forum moderation, to full engagement. Each client’s need will be different.

Off-Site

Casual, Non-Exclusive

Casual Non-Exclusive Twemps are subject to availability. This is a day-by-day arrangement with a minimum of 8 hours. A non-exclusive Twemp monitors and manages accounts for several clients from our premises or from their homes.

Long-Term, Non-Exclusive

Long-Term Non-Exclusive Twemps work for several clients from our premises or from their homes. The minimum engagement period is six months.

On-Site

Casual, Exclusive

Exclusive Twemps work only for one company at a time, usually on client premises and using their infrastructure. This is a day-by-day arrangement with a minimum of 8 hours. This arrangement will suit clients who have occasional or seasonal overloads or crises.

Exclusive, On-Site

Long-Term Exclusive Twemps work for one client at their premises and using their infrastructure. The minimum engagement period is six months. This arrangement is ideal for companies with a headcount freeze or with special background requirements.
