We keep a list of people who live in Australia and are available to work for our clients:

• At the client’s premises
• From our nearest office
• From home (this is subject to the agreement of the client)

Please register to apply for an advertised position or to get on our standby list for any future opportunities.

Selection criteria

Essential

• If you are not in Australia (or if you are, but not eligible to work in Australia) please do not apply. Our clients need people immediately and are not interested in sponsoring someone from overseas.
• You must have an existing account on a social network and it should show evidence of regular activity.
• Additional hiring criteria depends on the client’s requirements. This may include a security clearance for a government position, or a probity check for a financial institution, and so on.

Optional

• Prior experience in customer service roles.
• Experience in social network moderation.
